Ingredients

Prosciutto slices

Cantaloupe
1/2
Olive oil
3 Tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons
Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper
1 Pinch
Arugula leaves
3 Cups
  1. Scoop with a melon baller or slice the melon into small squares.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing in a small bowl the olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard and salt and pepper.
